THE END RESULT: CO2 emmissions only reduced by 20-25 ppm and the U.S. ECONOMY COULD POSSIBLY BE GREATELY EFFECTED.

GREENSPAN SAID IT, I HAVE MORE CONFIDENCE IN GREENSPAN THAN OBAMA MAKING UP PLANS THAT IS ONLY BE GUESSED AT.

Obama said he would force industries and power companies to clean up their operations. He would institute a "cap and trade" approach that would require polluters to buy allowances, essentially putting a price on pollution and creating an incentive to cut emissions.

ALSO, A SIMILAR PLAN IS BEING PROPOSED BY SENATOR ARLAN SPECTOR AND LIKEWISE, IT JUST WILL NOT WORK. CO2 IS NOT THE PROBLEM. SAD, SAD, SAD, PEOPLE THAT ARE SUPPOSE TO KNOW OR CAN GET THE INFORMATION TO MAKE A SOUND DECISION, JUST WILL NOT GET IT AND NEVER WILL.
